The controller of personal data is the entity operating the Inteleo service. Contact for data protection matters: [email protected]. The final details of the controller will be provided before the service is launched.
In connection with the use of the platform we process, among others:
We process data in order to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), including ensuring security, audit and contact in response to enquiries.
Some data is obtained directly from the user, and some - for the purpose of reports - from public and licensed sources (registries, sanctions lists, media, public tenders, open internet sources). Analysis of persons connected with entities is carried out within the scope of public data.
We store data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and for the period required by law. The retention period of source data in reports is configurable at the organisation level.
Data may be entrusted to data processors acting on our behalf (e.g. infrastructure providers, messaging tools, payment services) only to the extent necessary to provide the service and on the basis of appropriate agreements.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)).
